The www.undi-paris.com website (the "Site") devoted to e-commerce is edited by Lundi Paris, SAs company with capital of 2000 euros which headquarters are located 6, rue Calixte Camelle – 33110 Le Bouscat – France, registered in the « Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Bordeaux » under the number 798-014-726. All purchase orders on the Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These are likely to undertake changes and updates; the conditions applicable to the delivery of a product by a customer are those in effect at the date of the order. These terms and conditions shall be construed according to, and governed by French Law; the parties moreover agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in any dispute or difference of any kind, which may arise concerning the contract.
1 / CUSTOMER
The customer declares to be an adult individual and legally capable. The customer shall, at its first order on the website, open an account and fill out an order form containing certain mandatory fields so that its products purchase order can be taken into account by Lundi.
The information provided to Lundi across the opening of the account or at each of its orders must be complete, accurate and up to date. Lundi may, if necessary, ask the customer to confirm - by any means - this information and identity. On the website, Lundi collects personal data. These data are required to process the order and may be provided in whole or in part to Lundi providers involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that these personal data are collected by an organization responsible for analysis, control and fight against fraud credit card. 2 / PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are as described on the website. Lundi takes care and great accuracy in the description and presentation of their products, within the limits of technology and in accordance to the best industry standards. However, the Customer acknowledges and accepts that it is possible that non-substantive errors may appear on the website. In such an event, in case of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, Lundi will correct this error; the consumer can either exercise his right of withdrawal, or implement ensuring compliance from Lundi. If the products ordered are no longer available, Lundi informs the customer by e-mail as soon as possible and refunds the purchase price that may have been invoiced on the credit card.
3 / ORDERS
Taking orders on the Website is subject to compliance with the procedure established by Lundi, materialized by a succession of screen pages indicating the steps the customer must follow to validate his order. The customer will have the option before final validation of the order, to check the details thereof and the total price, and correct any errors before confirming it to express its acceptance.
Checking the order:
Lundi will be entitled to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order and all orders that do not comply with these conditions of sale. In this case, Lundi informs the customer by phone or email. In the event the customer does not proceed to the correction of wrong information’s, Lundi reserves the right not to process the order.
Confirmation of the order:
Once the order is validated by the customer, Lundi acknowledges receipt by e-mail to the address provided by the customer. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation Lundi content of the order. 4 / PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

In the event that for any reason whatsoever (opposition, refusal of issuing center ...), the transfer of money owed by the customer proves impossible, the order will not be saved by Lundi. Lundi will be entitled to cancel any order if the client's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the delivery address. In the event of unavailability of a product after placing the order, the Customer will be notified by email or by phone. It has the option to request repayment of the sums or exchange the product. 5 / DELIVERY
Lundi makes their best efforts to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of one (1) to five (5) working days from the day following the validation by the buyer of his order. Following the shipment, the delivery time will be Two (2) to fifteen (15) days for shipments in Collisimo or DHL. The package is placed in the mailbox of the recipient. If the package can not contain, a notice of pending is filed. The buyer no longer has to withdraw his parcel post office within one 5 days. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer, provided that it must be the home address of the customer or any other person of his choice. If delivery is requested outside of the European Union, Lundi will accept to deliver the product, but the customer will have to bear all possible duties, taxes and other official charges as well as costs of accomplishment customs formalities payable upon import of products in the country where delivery is requested. 6 / THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has a right of withdrawal he can exercise without having to give any reasons, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the products ordered.
For Christmas period, this return period is lengthened. For orders placed between November 20th and December 20th, the customer will have until January 3rd of the following year to make a request of return.

Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
7 / WARRANTIES
The client is asked to ensure that the product delivered matches its order. If possible exchange of the returned product, a refund of the total price charged (price of non-compliant products and shipping) and return costs (to a maximum of 20 €) will be made by credit card bank no later than thirty (30) days following receipt by Lundi returned products.
Legal guarantees :
Notwithstanding the terms of any specific warranty to the customer with the product delivered, Lundi products sold on the Site are subject to the following statutory warranties:
Article L.211-4 of the Consumer Code: "The seller must deliver goods in conformity with the contract and liable for defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
